For students on our Teach Foraging (Online Program) who wish to take their learning one step further.
Get valuable feedback by submitting:
- A Recky Map (A rough plan is enough)
- Your session plan
- Risk Assessment
- Video of a short walk (you can keep your plant grid in your hand for now)
Your submissions will be read and reviewed then:
- you will receive valuable feedback, either by email , phone or a Zoom (your choice)
- you will get a certificate of completion
- have the option to join our 'Teach Foraging Private Facebook' group.
Di your tutor is a qualified adult education tutor who previously taught 'A' Level in college and undertook both the teaching and assessor modules for adult education and further education lecturing.
This optional summative assessment is purely for your own learning journey, it does not constitute a formal teaching qualification. However to approach venues or groups to offer foraging walks, being able to tell them that you have done a course and assessment that covers all the safety, sustainability, equality of access, and group management lessons is more likely to get you permission to take their group out foraging than someone who has not invested in such a learning journey.
Teach Foraging Students can access a 20% discount on the assessment if they book it within 48 hours of completing all the Teach Foraging Modules. For details of this check the last lesson of your Teach Foraging Online Program.

How is My Course Delivered to Me?
After you checkout you will be taken to a page where you can access your course library. In it you will see your course, unlocked for your use.
To return to this course after the first viewing just return to our website www.wildharvest.org and click the person/head icon to 'log in'.
How Can I View My Courses?

What if I Don't Like it ?
You have 24 hours to get inside and have a look around. If my online course is something you don't think you will get a lot from then email me on hello@wildharvest.org within 24 hours of purchase and I will refund you.
Can I Get Feedback From a Human Within the Course?
Yes for sure! Every single lesson has a comments box under it where you can drop your thoughts about the lesson, and how to implement it yourself. Myself or Julie will always reply. BUT this comments box is NOT JUST FOR TEXT. You can even upload photos of your project, pdfs eg plans, recipes or anything you want, even videos for feedback, not just from tutors but from other students too!
What Payment Methods Do You Offer?
You can buy your course with:

We run our business through Shopify which is a large, safe, established online e-commerce platform.
How Long Do I Get Access For?
You get a whole year, that is 365 days of access. We didn't used to put an end date on but we found that it helps folk complete their online courses when there is a distant but absolute deadline.
Can I Do The Lessons in Any Order?
Yes, unlike some online course providers we don't fix the order of the course as we understand that folk learn in different ways. Some are dippers and like to dip into different areas that currently interest them, while others will go through in order of content. You can do Wild Harvest Schools online courses and lessons in any order you wish.
