Stretch Your Limbs and Eyes Over Countryside with A Small Group of Women, Spend Evenings Doing Crafts In Cosy Accommodation On Route.

New for 2020!

Join Wild Harvest for A Hike and Crafts Break.

Date:  Sunday 28 June – Wednesday 1st July 2020

Join Di on a four day walk to get away from it all, stretch your limbs, feel free and fit, connect with yourself, with other like-minded women and with Nature.  On the days you will walk around 8 miles a day at a medium pace during which time you will be shown how to forage and how to find your way using Natures signs (Natural Navigation).  We will also add instinctive archery plus lessons in Permaculture.  Learn and walk by day then by evening, each one in a different lodging, cosy down to learn one of Wild Harvests popular bite-sized crafts from making your own toiletries and wild medicines to willow or leatherwork, butter or cheese making or more from a wide choice.

Accommodation

Accommodation each of the three nights will be in twin rooms unless you ask for a single.  A single room will carry a surcharge depending on the establishment.  If you require a single room please ask and we will find out for you what this is.  Accommodation is included in the price.

Food

Evening meal and breakfast will be provided by the accommodation and is included in the price.  Please specify on the booking form if you have any dietry requirements.

Equality Policy

Please note:  Because of the nature of this offering – ie. a WOMENS  Hike we have to say ‘No’ to men for several reasons.  Firstly this is about allowing females space to ‘be’ and to bond and secondly the journey involves shared rooms.  Also Because it is a HIKE it simply is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the nature of the Terrain.

PLEASE NOTE:  PARTICIPANTS MUST BE REASONABLY FIT AND ABLE TO WALK THE SUGGESTED MILES.  DO FEEL FREE TO DO SOME PRACTICE WALKS BEFORE BOOKING IF UNSURE!
