Introduction to Permaculture Day Course

Learn how to design your space according to permaculture design principles and work with nature.

Learn how to practice observation so you can really look at and understand your existing space and then how to create a base map of your plot.  Explore some design tools to help you plan what to do with it next.  Finally discover practical permaculture methods that can reduce your labour and chemical input whilst maximising yields or output.  This is a fun, informative day course suitable for beginners in the rural outskirts of York for only £38!

Add on a tipi stay.  To make your journeying easier we are opening up our tipis on the Sunday night for course attendees so they don’t have to rush home but can enjoy a stay over at a bargain price of £50 a tipi (sleeps up to four).  Simply book on the course then email us separately to book your tipi.

Wild Harvest are members of the Permaculture Association.  The tutor, Di, qualified in 2006 with the full Permaculture Design Certificate under the tuition of Patrick Whitefield and applies Permaculture principles to several areas of life in addition to the garden/pets at Wild Harvest!
